Blog #2 - New Year Resolutions

It's that time of year again. Lots of us have made or will make resolutions; many of these resolutions will be about getting back into shape/ shedding some excess weight. Some of these resoolutions will actually  make a difference - some of us will stick to the plans. I have picked a website which in my view offers an excellent source of solid ('evidence based') advice on this sort of stuff - it really is worth a look before leaping into the new program!

This really is a great App. You may find that after using it for a couple of weeks, you may not need it anymore - you are calibrated!
